::If you take into account that this is the main branch in Netanya then it would be wise for the post office to have a few more staffed positions and preferably more than one registered post office, while there are hundreds of people a day who need a package and the queue is crazy no matter what time or day you get there.

::This is the worst customer service here. People don't respond well with foreigners, they don't want to speak in English whereas they can. Thursdays they are open till 8 pm but arriving at 6.30 they says it's already late, no computers etc etc. Plenty of excuses and rude people. Israel online banking services in postal are too not as easy. Ridiculous.

::Useful, in this age, a package delivering company is important. Never waited more than 5-10 minutes these last 2 years. Usually it's in and out. You must a have a reservation, it is bad for senior citizens which do not know how to operate a net connected device.
