  Terrible conduct !!!! Going out to smoke at the expense of the people who are waiting. There are two clerks who do their job lazily. And if something wakes them up they answer with shouts.

  I ordered a queue in advance, the wait exceeded an hour and a half. He spent all the time on his feet as the department was overcrowded and did not want to expose himself to the danger of infection. If it was possible to put 0 I would gladly do it.

  Terrible waits. The SMS alert allows only 2 minutes to return so one can't do anything during the time without risking losing your turn.
