  Should have given a 0 star when there’s an option. My visa is not even expired yet but they refused to open a bank account without really understanding. Disappointing and ignorant.

  This location is noticeably worse than other locations. While the service is generally bad at all locations (long lines, mail that can take months to arrive from abroad), this one stands out because the staff are so rude. If you need to use Israel Post, avoid this location.

  Most of the packages I receive arrive at a different post office, but once in a while they reach Dizengoff office. In such dreadful occasions, I knows it's time to say goodbye to 40 minutes of my morning.

  Here it says they close at 18:00, while at the branch this suddenly changes to 16:00. Even though I arrived before the magically shifting closing time I still wasn’t served and couldn’t collect my packages. Very rude personnel.

  Whenever I go to this post office staffs are good. They answer to queries. Good service
