  Disgusting branch. An hour of sitting outside, claiming that you need to book an appointment, you can book in the app. Just disgust

  As those who live in the State of Israel, we are used to medium and low service. But in disgraceful service like the one I get at this branch I have yet to come across. We are in a saga of over a year in an attempt to drag a mortgage from apartment to apartment. Three months since I gave them everything they asked for and I am unable to move forward. Do not answer the phone, do not answer emails or make an appointment and then disappear. Intolerable. It is better to go everywhere else.

  The bank manager behaved in an abusive manner towards my father and signed him forms that owed him 15 percent interest. After years of being a business customer at the branch they stepped on him and took advantage of him in his weakness. I must, however, commend the officials at the branch who behaved with respect and patience and tried their best to help. Large gap between management and employees.
