::As those who live in the State of Israel, we are used to medium and low service. But in disgraceful service like the one I get at this branch I have yet to come across. We are in a saga of over a year in an attempt to drag a mortgage from apartment to apartment. Three months since I gave them everything they asked for and I am unable to move forward. Do not answer the phone, do not answer emails or make an appointment and then disappear. Intolerable. It is better to go everywhere else.

::The bank manager behaved in an abusive manner towards my father and signed him forms that owed him 15 percent interest. After years of being a business customer at the branch they stepped on him and took advantage of him in his weakness. I must, however, commend the officials at the branch who behaved with respect and patience and tried their best to help. Large gap between management and employees.
