  We went to exchange euros for shekels ... At first he told us that it would "take time" to issue a receipt and in fact hinted to us that we would leave without, after that we saw that the amount listed in the receipt was higher than when we received ...   Why is there an option to book an appointment online even though the branch itself does not have these machines, only numbers and Israelis who are pushed in the queue and only 2 positions that provide service :( Usually busy and not recommended at all

  Rough customer service and handling, dynamically changing opening hours, constant queues. One of the biggest challenges for Israel Post is opening hours and logistics. In most cases, mail does not come to the address closest to where I live and this is not related to size. Even a new SMS service that asks to inform the department to which we would like to receive the parcel does not oblige this.
