::Rough customer service and handling, dynamically changing opening hours, constant queues. One of the biggest challenges for Israel Post is opening hours and logistics. In most cases, mail does not come to the address closest to where I live and this is not related to size. Even a new SMS service that asks to inform the department to which we would like to receive the parcel does not oblige this.
