::Work in the eyes do not get close I ordered 3 meals costing 208 NIS the food came after more than an hour and arrived cold the fries came as one piece stuck it was just impossible to separate it the burgers had a weird smell with weird white pieces like rubber The drinking came hot in short everything came in the worst way I turned to customer service, was busy there at insane levels the representative talked to me and with 3 other people together I explained the situation to him and also photographed all the food the representative told me out of momentary pressure that he sends me the meal again next time now I expected more modest compensation but if offered Such a thing you do not argue and I asked him if everything is documented so that they know next time he said yes and hung up quickly Today I called BurgerGrange customer service and did everything to distort the story and said I only deserve one meal and not the whole meal as promised Just a shame for a company of this size that does not know what customer service is. If you can not keep your promises do not promise !!!! In short stay as far away as possible
