::Horrible service ! Horrible bank โฆ I had an awful experience with a employee, Friedman who speaks to people without any respect with a lot of anger in his voice โฆ I had never seen that .. when I will go to Israel ( COVID ) with the grace of God, I will take all my money and put in another bank

::Such poor service and technology so outdated I have never seen before. Closing an account is worse than logging out eagerly. There is no record of communication with the customer, communication over the phone only if you were lucky and someone answered by mistake. Dealing with them is a war of attrition.

::bad service. There is no telephone answering, and they make a lot of mistakes. Limited opening hours. Highly highly not recommended.

::While standards for banks in Israel are quite low, compared to my experience with other banks here, Bank Igud has been great. For once, a bank that actually has personal service and that I can call directly.
