  Terrible branch! Customer service under all criticism, no phone answer from the branch, the branch made a big mistake in my account and I had to chase after them for 4 and a half weeks to fix the mistake and of course without compensation or even forgiveness for what sang! Try to request a simple document that can not be produced through the bank's website and you will understand what a nightmare it is, good luck to those who open an account there

  I visited the branch on 2/9/20 Large and spacious kurkar parking lot. Not everything needs to be scheduled. During the corona period the door is locked and should be marked for them to open (if they have not seen alone). Pleasant inside and overall went pretty fast There are toilets and they are clean and tidy (which means a lot). My overall experience there was good. Perhaps to note that the coordination was done for me by my branch located at all in another city. good luck to you
