::Frustrating experience, even if you are in the "business" section. Long lines for simple tasks. The other day I sat in the queue for 40 minutes just to make a payment. Ridiculous. It is not any better in the "private" section - a wait for at least 30 minutes is guaranteed. Oh, and not always a proper service is given. I honestly had one of the worst experience once when the banker literally asked me " what are you doing here" (mind you, I dropped by in jeans and flip flops so she had a nerve to assume I do not belong in her "private" section). Completely unprofessional. What else is horrid? Commission are high, its all about "give the bank your money" and " pay for our services"... Monopoly at its worst.
