  I arrived to collect the checkbooks ordered a week in advance. There was a nice representative who helps and directs the customers. I opted for recommendations in the option of a quick position. Was not fast at all .... we were there for a long time !!!! The representative tried to promote us, failed. I would like to point out to the representative about his efforts towards the customers. On the interest whether something needs help. For an older couple who came after us, make sure they sat down and brought them glasses of cold water. Really warms the heart. By the way this is not the first time we wait. We tried the appointment booking app, arrived ten minutes before the booking time and waited a long time.
