  The deposit machine swallowed all of my cash, and then showed an error message whilst returning my card, but no cash and/or receipt.. after spending a few days of misery chasing after the bankers I received a message saying that it will take up to 14 business days to prove that this incident actually occurred. I appreciate the security but why should it take 14 business days? I need this money desperately.

  For sure, during his trip to Palestine, Kafka must have done his banking at this branch. This branch still offers the gist for many literary creations about Israeli bureaucracy, small mindedness, incompetence, and arrogance. It is possible to sit there and they will never call your number . . . though, to be fair, if you make enough of a stink, the people who actually sit with you are nice and caring.

  Worst bank in the world! Especially this branch (Yerushalaim Ave 19, Tel Aviv Yafo)! 1. I’ve ordered checkbooks to deliver on another branch but checkbooks stuck in this horrible branch and no one cares. They even don’t answer on phones. Even after I called to support and support requested call from this branch to me they have not called 2. When my wife came to this branch with veeeery little baby employees just had conversation with each other and could not help her during long time till my wife left this branch without any help!
