  I make sure to rate only good reviews Except this time !!! If it was possible to rate with less than one star I would rate that way. And why - I made an appointment at the Assaf Center for my father (99 years old). I live over an hour drive. When we arrived: It turned out that the doctor was ill for 3 weeks And informed everyone except us ... It turned out that our phone number was registered as incorrect in the system. The secretary, who was a replacement secretary, photographed for the clinic staff the malfunction in their computer with a request that they get back to me, and updated the number. Did not call to apologize and nothing. Needless to say, in my system's ID number of my father and his full name, his phone number could be found. When I called to understand how a medical center is run like this, they explained to me that I was to blame for the number being incorrect and I was told emphatically - "We did not make any mistake." And hung up on me When I called again to ask for the secretary's name she just hung up on me again To sum up an unbearable service

  We arranged 4 months in advance with Dr. Menachem Rotem for my daughter's allergy. On our way to the appointment we received a phone call that the doctor could not receive us (about half an hour before the appointment) because we were with him less than half a year ago. Just half an hour before the appointment (scheduled 4 months ago!) There are no appointments for the next 4 months.We did a blood test for my one year old daughter which was a nightmare experience in itself for this important appointment.

  Decent place over all. The pharmacy is usually my go to place. The doctors at the clinic are fine, but you might have a problem with long wating times once at the clinic.

  Medical building, mostly private doctors,also pharmacy with very poor customer service,long wait,and out of prescription medication most of the time.
