  Purchased an expensive chair 11 months ago. The chair starting creaking quite a bit. I was told I need to bring the chair to the store. I live near Haifa so I was not happy about this. The technician, who is a very nice and professional, tried to lubricate the chair. Unfortunately, some creaking remained. The manager Zohar, made a few phone calls to the head office and replaced the chair. Despite the long drive, excellent customer service and wonderful chairs! Eyal

  Bought a good chair for a good price. Shopping experience was fine; I tried around 15 chairs before the decision.
