  שירות גרוע למרות המחירים הכי יקרים בארץ למוצרי אפל מעבדה לא מקצועית אין כסא בחנות או שתיה הלקוחות ממתינים שעות בתור אם נציג שירות אחד ונציגי המכירות מוסרים ללקוחות מידע מוטעה בזדון כדי לקבל את האחוזים ויודעים שהלקוח לא יוכל להחזיר כי צחי לו את האריזה בחנות

  המקום המרכז שרונה וזה מעצבן אותי!!!!! שהמקום עטד רק עבור איפונים!!!!! אני בתור מעריץ גלאקסי ממש לא האבתי את זה לטמרות שהמקום מושקע ברמת ההשקעה זה(☆☆) ואין לי מה להגיד על העובדים כי בקושי דיברתי איתם והם לא עזרו לי כי אין בחנות חומרים לגלאקסי

  שירות מעולה ועיצוב יוצא מן הכלל של החנות, אך המחירים גבוהים במיוחד (בערך פי 2 מבחוץ לארץ). מקום מצויין לבחינת מוצרים אך לא לקנייתם בו.

  Do yourself a favor and don’t come to this store. Not only the staff here is extremely unprofessional, they are not interested in helping customers. They don’t even deserve to work in the store because they are chit chatting all the time instead of helping the customers. I asked them if they have the hdmi to dvi converters, it’s right in front of them and they told me sorry we don’t have it and they went back to chit chatting again, not even looking at me. I hope the company can raise their standard while hiring the employees. Also, for the people who hired the staff here reading my comments, you’d better fire them immediately. You don’t want someone you paid do nothing in the store
