  Have been there for a pedicure manicure in April. first of all the prices are much more expensive than before : 300 nis !!!! Or maybe is it a "french tourist" price. Secondly , the workers dont apreciate each other : they were fighting like kids in front of the clients. So most of the workers were angry and not smiling. The pedi/mani was not well organized and was soooo long !!! And finally after all this time i had to put my shoes by myself because nobody helped me or even said goodbye. This is a shame for a 300 nis job. A shame ! And the lack didnt stay 3 days. So my new resolution : never of again at Yulia and do my own pedi/mani in Paris before coming in Tel aviv.

  Upscale, clean and great service. The massage chairs are awesome. You even get the file and buffer they used to take home, which is a great touch.
