  WORST SERVICE EVER. After spending about 4 hours in the Ikea maze, having to carry 2 sofas & 3 tables along with a few smaller items, and after paying over 2,000 NIS, we were told we had to take apart every item found on the "metzion" section. We didn't have enough time, so we decided to skip shipping for these items and carrying them ourselves. We payed for shipping, sending our new living room & more into the darkness... And were only then told shipping will arrive the next day, sometime between 8am and 5pm (a range of 9 hours!). We're working people, ao we asked about other options. Like the day after, later that day, or ANY OTHER TIME. They refused without even explaining or apologizing. We decided to return everything because we cannot afford to skip another day of work, which lead us to wait around an hour and a half for a simple refund. Making me late for my night shift. NEVER COMING BACK. no wonder the natanya branch was burnt to the ground...
