  Very thorough yoga practice. Jennifer's practice has really made me aware of my posture, even off the mat. The classes have really had an impact on me.

  Don't know where to begin. I'd taken a yoga classes here and there before coming to YogaProse, but was never more than mildly satisfied. Jennifer's classes changed my attitude completely. She explains every pose so well, I almost don't need to watch her (and I'm a complete beginner), her classes are well thought out and varied, and there is a feeling of intimacy because the classes are limited in size. It's also great that the yoga mats and other equipment are provided at YogaProse, so no need to bring your own to the class. Most importantly, Jennifer has a delightful sense of humor and doesn't take herself too seriously, but at the same time is extremely professional and knowledgeable. YogaProse is outstanding!

  located in a quiet neighborhood, with lots of parking available, cozy and intimate studio, with a professional instructor that enters straight into your heart. Loved it.

  Great place if you want to start with Yoga! Jennifer doesn't just show the exercises, but also explains them extremely well. Unfortunately the advanced Flow-classes are only available for women.
