  It has been 5 years that I am in Israel, I have seen many many company dealing with Tama 38 in Israel and especially in Tel Aviv, But Y.H. Greenberg is one of the few that literally advance project from beginning (all that annoying part of getting all the apartment owners to agree and sign on a contract) until the delivery of the new building; all of this with great accuracy on details and speed. 5 star for me ! Reccomended to everyone who wants to have the Tama 38 procedure in his/her own building or to whoever is looking for buying a brand new apartment in Israel in the top locations !
