::I came to the meeting to open an account and consult with the clerk regarding the loan. After 30 minutes of waiting, I approached the branch manager, who was talking to one of the facts at the time. When I politely asked the meaning of the unnecessary wait the principal looked at her! And completely ignored me and went back to talking to the employee. I went and will not return.

::The branch cannot be reached in any way other than arriving at the branch, there is no telephone to the branch, Yahav Yashir is not available and they claim "there is an unusual load, try later", the only way to get service is to arrive at the branch during working hours. That is, take a day off for any negligible act.
