  Had them try to pump gas for me. They could only fill 9NIS before saying my card wasn't accepted, so I tried my other card, which was also rejected. Gave up and went somewhere else to fill up. When I checked my statement, both cards were charged...

  ציון לשבח עבור טיפול בלקוח שבטעות תודלק ברכבו דלק לא נכון. מנהל התחנה חטיב לקח אחריות מלאה על הארוע, גרר על חשבונו את הרכב למוסך מורשה ושילם במקום את עלות השטיפה,סה"כ מעל 2500 ש"ח. באדיבות, ברוחב לב וביעילות שלא מובנים מעליהם... לכל נותני שירותים, תלמדו איך נותנים שירות מקצוענים! !!! אותי כלקוח הם הרוויחו בגדול!!

  Don't let them pump gas for you. I paid with my Visa and the guy there said that they are only able to charge 9NIS which he made it seem like it did when the pump stopped exactly at 9NIS. I was forced to pay cash for the fuel. i check my bank statement later that day and they had actually charged my card the full amount that i paid cash. SMH :/
