  Hi on 5/9 I bought a single AirPods Pro headset as you advertise on the site, I paid 315 NIS, after a few days noises started appearing in my headphones I bought, I arrived at the store on 19/9 (exactly about two weeks later) and asked the owner to check he did check and heard the noises, I explained to him I bought the headset about two weeks ago and asked him for service, he claimed there was no warranty, alternatively I asked him to return my money, he also did not agree, in short a totally sucks experience to buy a product I was told was original and warranty that after less than two weeks curses and no warranty or service I will not go back there again Following the answer of the business owner, who wrote here under the review, I would like to add that the business owner knew that the headset he sold me could not receive service through a dcs lab, as he himself told me. So do not write lies and things that can not be done, you screwed up that you did not provide service and took care of the problem or alternatively a refund
