  Service on the face ... mainly of the person in charge of a shift sitting at the main checkout, long queues regularly due to lack of manpower, without one quick checkout, for one item you have to wait a queue of 20 minutes! And contemptuous attitude and unresponsiveness and desire to help the customer.
