  The service is very good, the staff are kind and helpful.. the food is excellent, fresh and tasty and the rooms are clean. We got the room at 13:00 o'clock.

  Worst hotel we ever stayed in. Staff is rude and unhelpful. They refused to let us park in the garage claiming it was full. After complaining they let us in to find out there were plenty of spaces available in the garage. We stopped at the front of the hotel to unload our luggage, Nobody there to help. The only person standing in the front claimed not to speak English. Room was filthy dirty. It has not been vaccumed for over a month. Bathroom nothing but sickening and mold filled shower. Dirty gross jetted tub full of God knows what! Never again!
