  Overall it's a good branch. (+) Friendly staff, relatively convenient operating hours, fairly easy to use website&app. (-) Fees are slightly high, and some processes are old fashioned (e.g. using fax over email).

  US debit cards work in the ATM here (probably other international cards too)

  Terrible customer service of my life, took them 20 days to return an answer of Yes or No. "Should i come in to sign a document?" took them 20 days and around 1 hour in phone calls
