  The laundry turns your whites blue, but the people will switch your laundry over for you for free. Sometimes they even fold it for you!!! However finding a free machine can take days.

  Washing machines can be a bit undersized for clothing any larger than X-small

  No A/C and laundry staff can be rude. Machines work pretty well.
