  We took a one day tour to Jerusalem&Dead sea, and everything from the very start to the very end was just perfect. We were picked up as stated in confirmation email, the guide was very attentive and professional - he made every single one of us feel like on personal VIP tour. The information and stories he shared with us made the whole day pass like a breeze. Thank you so much, I would recommend Tourist Israel Tours to everyone!

  Hired them for a private tour to Petra from Tel Aviv. They were supposed to pick us up at 4AM. We waiting outside for over an hour and no one came to pick us up and no one called me (they had my phone number). I called their operations and emergency telephone lines and no one answered, even after leaving multiple messages in English and Hebrew. What would have happened if this was a true emergency and not just incompetence and poor communication on their part?...It has been over 8 hours since we were stood-up and no one has contacted me with an explanation or confirmation of a refund. I do NOT recommend using Tourist Israel for anything. Stay away

  Fizemos um tour de meio dia ( ate as 14:30) na Old Jerusalem, o que significava um programa a pe e muito Pouco tempo dentro de um micro ônibus. Apesar do pequeno atraso no pick up em Frente ao nosso hotel e na sequencia paradas em outros estabelecimentos pra pegar mais Gente, até realmente começar a excursao demorou uma hora. Mas assim que o guia entrou no micro ônibus a coisa fluiu. Aponto como ponto alto o guia Amir em si, Um personagem unico, carismático e entusiasmado com seu trabalho. Em momento nenhum perdeu a paciência ou o rumo e sempre preocupado em contar se todos os 19 participantes estavam presentes. Sem dar ordens ou dar uma de sargento, Ele liderou o grupo ecletico por 5 horas + por todos os lugares importantes e deu Muitas explicações históricas. Ele floreou um tour que poderia ser apenas uma excursão turistica. Mas ele deu o toque de Diferença - e Amir ( aka Ginger) é uma raridade hoje em dia! Aproveitamos cada Momento nesta visita .

  Great tours and great guides! We took the Petra tour and the Jerusalem/ Dead sea / Bethlehem tour and everything was great. Some people in our group were upset at having to pay visa/border crossing costs when going to Petra, but while booking it was clearly indicated that this was not included in the price, so maybe people should read more carefully when booking ;)

  We had an excellent time on the Petra & Wadi Rum 2 Day Tour. Petra was breathtaking and the jeep tour through the desert was amazing and the tour guides were great! This tour I would recommend for all ages. We also did the 1 day Cairo trip. It isn't for everyone. I think you need more of an adventurous spirit for this tour. The bus ride each way though the desert is long but so worth it! I was a little nervous from news reports of Egypt but it was so peaceful while we were there. I think American news really blows things out of proportion and scares people out of traveling to new and amazing places. Both tours were amazing but Cairo was my favorite. The pyramids were the most amazing thing I have ever seen in my life! The tour guides were the best! And the Cairo museum was mind blowing!!! I will defiantly book again with tourist Israel if we are ever in that part of the world again.
