  Worst car rental ever. I don't know where to start. Everything was horrible!!! -dirty car -gas was not full at pick up -car was upgraded without any information if it will be more expensive (luckily it wasn't) -slow workers -bad english -very unfriendly/rude -employee didn't sign the sheet that everything was ok with the car at the return -every km more than 250 per day was charged although our contract said free km

  The worst place ever. Now it operates under the brand of Europcar. They did not have enough cars available but could not just admit so. Instead she kept saying that my cc limit was exceeded...

  Car was dirty on pick up with a 3/4 full tank (but they will charge me if the tank isn't 100% full on return.) Also nearly $200AUD in extra hidden charges. Make sure you compare like for like before choosing thrifty. That $200 would move them from cheapest to most expensive. I don't know if other companies have the same hidden extras, but in my experience they do not. Other companies charge airport fees and local taxes in the online booking, not after you return the car.

  Service was horrible, but that's israel for you. Car worked fine, the tank was just under so they charged me 40shekels when really it was far less as I just filled the car up around he corner. Just remember to filled it up all the way, my mistake 😬 no problems with the return of car.
