  Very helpful and friendly staff. Excellent breakfasts and Shabbat meals. Recommend room with a balcony with an old city view. Good lounge and lobby areas with more than adequate seating. Excellent pool. Free parking but difficult to negotiate. .

  Big and stylish hotel. Room is comfortable, has a coffee machine, safe, TV. The bed is comfortable and it was a, sweet sleep. The food is fine, big variety of choices. Very pleasant stay in the weekend.

  Soups were very good. I tried them al. Minestrone soup was spicy. We sat outside in the center court and were the only ones. There were many diners inside, most without masks.

  Very nice hotel in the center of Jerusalem. Parks around it. Walking distance to the old city. Can find some restaurants and a grocery shop nearby. The hotel itself features 2 restaurants: dairy and a meat chef one. The food was pretty good: very rich Israeli breakfast. They had a soup festival in the evening. Room service was also decent. The staff is very pleasant and eager to assist. The swimming pool is warmed and covered in winter. There are saunas and a gym available as well. Overall was a very pleasant experience - will definitely consider visiting again in the future.

  The soup deal s great and the ambience amazing. There were many people there but the acoustics made it that you didn't have to shout to be heard.... it was really pleasant!
