  The Dr. was extremely rude and unhelpful. Might not sound believable but he cursed out my family when I asked him a question that he considered was rude. If you are going to this emergency care, have low expectations. If I could rate it lower than 1 star I would.

  Had many bad years of experience with terem and this place especially. My friend had pneumonia, which they didn't bother to check. Generally the stuff is very rude, the night shift doesn't want to do their duty, everyone wants to send the patient home as fast as possible. They just take Your money and don't do nothing. If you want to live, don't go there. Plus they don't like people with insurance. You may say it's all biased, but these are my observations. Exactly what I saw. Warn your friends.

  Hi This place is horrible in timing it’s like they take u in and u are in jail for 2-4 hours no way out And the staff is really working hard to help everyone but They are understaffed in doctors Not recommended at all

  I highly recommend coming here. Overall the office is professional and efficient. The Doctor took time to listen to our concerns and answered our questions. He had a great disposition. Thankfully all the staff we came in contact with spoke English which is an added bonus, allowing us to be at ease. I would say the visit was quick (1hr 15 mins) given the fact in this time we saw a nurse, doctor, 3 separate lab tests, and received results. In an American ER it would have taken MANY hours.
