A small yet historical site having biblical ruins. Not much to explore and you can see it in an hour. I personally found the information given by the guide patchy. Have been to bigger sites dating back to 5-6 B.C. Not that great experience to share

Well preserved archaeological site from the biblical periods. There is an entrance fee. Don't miss the Well, observation tower and water system.

Very cool place to visit, I wouldn't say that it is where Abie Baby hung out, but definitelyfor his forbear Hezekiah and for its first temple remains and the story of Hezekiah's Reformation, it is definitely worth a visit

Tel Be’er Sheba is a must visit site if you are vaguely interested in Biblical Archaeology and the Bible. Standing on the Tel/site upon which many "cities" had been build and destroyed and relating it to the history in the Bible was fascinating for me. One soon realizes the strategic significance of the Tel and why people would build there. Water was an issue so the cisterns cut out of rock were very significant and this can be seen when one walks down into them. I will go again this time I will do more research before arriving, so that I can better understand the Tel's historical significance.

It's such an amazing to visit a place where Abraham, Issac and Jacob may have walked and lived. You can visit this small park within 45 minutes to about one hour ... but I'd stronly recommend to visit with either a tour guide ... or you can come prepared with information you've read about the park ahead of your trip, otherwise you'll get bored easily ... *_~
