::One of the worst places to be. The dirt and stench around this ugly place, add to it the fact that this place is very dangerous, due to countless robbery, theft and taste cases. Tourists beware for your safety!

::I'm reviewing this as a tourist so much of it might not apply to those who use this bus station regularly. The Tel Aviv Central Bus Station is a bit tricky to navigate. Although part of my own experience was due to my lack of Hebrew, I found that actually getting to the buses was a bit of a chore. The entrances are not really that obvious and there are numerous stairs and escalators that seem distracting. That being said, the efficiency of the place is nice. Security is painless and once we found the information booth and our bus terminal, everything was fine. Overall, I don't mind this place at all. The buses run on time and the Sheruts are nicely lined up on Shabbat. I'll be much more comfortable navigating around here the next time I arrive.

::This station is old and large but it is a great resource for travelers. The security guards were kind and helped us find the right bus as we entered. The building definitely has some age but was clean and functional. There are many directional signs for those of us who struggle with hebrew! It was easy to buy a ticket and find our way to our bus once inside. There are plenty of stores and it could definitely be crowded at peak travel times like an airport or train station, but not unmanageable. Great place to grab a snack and catch a ride out to the rest of the country!

::Needs a major overhaul. Information desk is not bothered to help. Dont speak english. Place is dirty, escalators not working. Lift was poorly lit and the ride was scary. Toilets were yucky. Israel is so beautiful and well planned, wonder how this place got to be where it is.

::Extremely confusing once inside. I was trying to get to my hostel by public bus to save money by not getting a taxi, but the staff were not helpful at all. The food inside and little shops aren't too great. It feels very run down and I felt on-edge throughout the whole time of being in here --maybe it was since I was not able to get to my next destination very quickly though.
