  I went back to the store Teva Naot, Dizengoff after buying 4 pair of sandals hoping I could buy another pair in a different style. The staff woman in the store spoke little English and got very annoyed because after trying 4 pairs I did not make a decision. She acted very rude and spoke to me in a loud voice, complaining she had to go upstair to get the shoes for me. That staff member needs to be retrained on how to properly treat costumers.

  השירות בחנות טוב בסה"כ. טבע נאות נעליים באיכות מאוד גבוהה אז לא היה ויהיו לי טענות לגביהם. ממליץ על דגם הכפכף הקלאסי.

  I had purchased the wrong size shoes at Mamilla Mall in Jerusalem for my wife due to staff error. The incredibly kind sales woman in the evening at this store made the exchange with no problem. They have a great selection of shoes. Will shop here again during my next visit to Israel.
