::Terrible service. Made a pickup order via cibus, when arrived to pickup the order they said they did not get it, after some investigation it turned out that their order computer was not working properly which I understand could happen. However, after this got sorted, they refused to put my order at the front of the queue (this being peak hour, massive amount of people arrived to the restaurant and made their orders) despite the fact that the original pickup time was 11:45 and it was already 12:10. The only alternative which was offered is to make a delivery order instead, in order not to wait in the restaurant.
