  I recommend this apartment for its location, tree filled balcony view, cleanliness, quiet and convenience. I have the following highlights to add. The walk down Masaryk Street away from Emek Refaim toward the Baka neighborhood leads through a pretty residential district and several parks, including a large playground with plenty for young children. It is a pedestrian path for much of the way. Also, there is a gym about three blocks south on Emek Refaim, immediately past the grocery store, where you can purchase a card for 11 visits for 500+ shekels. This was worth it to me because I needed a bike for knee therapy. Benyamin, the owner, was extraordinarily responsive
