  Called to ask about a product availability, the girl who answered asked immediately what department do i need (though i had the product's serial num), and passed me to wait some more on the line with out even asking what do i need, no one answered, after waiting for 10 min on the line the call was disconnected . immediately tried to call back again, but no answer what so ever.
