::We went back to Sogo to support them, again. That’s the last time we’ll go there. Same issues over and over again and this time also poor food quality. They brought my hamburger which I slowly ate hoping my husband’s meal would show up. His salmon finally arrived after I completed my meal. My husband inquired about the whereabouts of his salmon and was told it’s coming out just now. That was 10 minutes after I completed my meal. We told our server that we were not happy and she knew exactly..... We asked for our bill when my husband finished his meal. It was on its way to us when the manager intercepted and apparently told the cashier to wait. We waited awhile and then were presented with a dessert and two after dinner shots. The server said it was compensation. Then our bill came. The manager never came over herself. We paid the bill and left the dessert and drinks untouched. We won’t be going back.
