  très mauvaise expérience au départ et au retour de la voiture. le personnel n'est pas du tout accueillant. on m'a donné un smartphone en guise de GPS. il ne fonctionnait pas. même pas un geste au retour. SIXT plus jamais.

  Lied about fees and charged additional fees a month later with no explanation as to why. Rep at Tel Aviv desk told us he will add my wife as a driver for free. We didn't want her to drive, since she is not comfortable driving on foreign counties. Later an extra charge showed for an additional driver. A month after our trip, another random charge showed up all in Hebrew. With all the additional costs, it would've been beer renting from a reputable company like Budget or Hertz. Not only because we would've saved money, but also had a newer car. "Complementary" airport shuttle also service as a taxi for locals.

  Used the service several times, never got the car i've booked in advance. Also, the cars I got, except one time, were old, with not working electric windows, dirty interior so and so on

  We regulary use the service of ShlomoSixt in this station. The girls are very nice behind the counter and try to do their best, BUT the organisation is a bit chaotic, there is long waiting for car handovers etc... So bring patience...

  שירות מעולה, פקידות קבלה חייכניות ונחמדות, נותנות מענה לכל בעיה ושאלה שיש למשכיר הרכב. תהליך קבלת רכב מהיר וטוב, הערה אחת: לשים יותר דגש על נקיון הרכב (יאמר לזכותם שלא הייתי מרוצה מהנקיון פנים ובמקום הכניסו את הרכב לנקיון פנימי נוסף ואיכותי). ממליץ בחום, משכיר מהם המון!
