::We (2 families on holiday in Israel) have rented 2 cars on 4 days with this rental firm. We had a very questionable experience with them: - Internet offer was different from the price charged on final contract (they charged us for an extra insurance which was not on the initial offer but mandatory) - Navigation system was not working (it was an external tablet with a defunct cable) - The guy in the office did not tell us about the toll road (route 6) and how you could pay for it as a tourist. When we asked about it he gave us a phone number where people only spoke Hebrew. Not helpful. - He also din't tell us that gas stations are closed on holidays and as a foreigner you are unable to use the credit card machines (Israeli ID necessary) - The cars were old, dirty and worn down (more than 100,000 k in one case) - Overall, service was unfriendly and not helpful - As a loyal SIXT client with a gold card I am used to a different standard and can only recommend to SIXT to find a better subcontractor in Israel

::People at this rental car agency behave like crooks. The online offer was supposed to be $221, I was charged $256 on card without any explanations. 3 weeks later I was charged again twice $20 for no reasons. Lack of basic politeness, bad service, scratched car, unexpected charges... the perfect package of everything you hate from a rental company.
