::פעם ראשונה שהגעתי בשעה היעודה , התקבלתי תוך 10 דקות. הפקידה דיברה גם פולנית, גם עברית וגם אנגלית ברמה טובה מאד . הפקידה השתדלה מאד להסביר ולהקל על הענינים. הטפסים על שלחנות היו עם תרגום לעברית , דבר שמאד עזר. השרות היה למופת! אבל , הסתבר שחסרו לי מספר מסמכים והתבקשתי לחזור עם המסמכים ולקבוע תור מחדש. מאז , זה חודש איני מצליחה לקבוע תור דרך האינטרנט. כל הזמן מופיעות הודעות אך "תכלס" אין לי כל אפשרות לקבוע תור למח' קונסולרית. האם יש עוד אפשרות לקביעת תור למחלקה הקונסולרית?. אשמח לכל אינפורמציה מועילה.
