  Great place to live. Luxury apartments, nice facilities, overlooking the sea. Quiet buildings, only 30% occupied except during holidays. Great view of the Sea on one side, and the East towards Samaria on the other. You get to see great Sunrises & Sunsets. Shallow pool all across. Gym & Playroom. Underground parking too. Costly, but worth it if you want Luxury in Netanya.
