  Приятное место, удобное расположение. Номер был меньше,чем казался на фото. Завтраки прекрасные. Персонал реагирует мгновенно. Лаундж на крыше тоже порадовал

  Great place! I stayed here for only one night which was pretty uneventful. Good location by the beach. Lobby has a fancy coffee/tea machine that you can use for free. Overall, it's a fairly modern hotel.

  Love this place. The view of the sea and the waves is second to none. The beds in the two bedrooms were very comfortable We will for sure return!

  Bad experience with this hotel. Location is good and staff at reception are friendly. However there is a constant construction development around and you get a lot of noise from the busy street in front of the hotel. They could avoid it by putting sound proof windows which they dont have at this moment. Personally, we had a very awful experience with the management of this hotel. There was a minor accident happen with our car. Apparently the parking bar automatically closes and it hit and break the back light of our car. When we tried to discuss with the management (not the reception people but the manager of the hotel) she just dismiss us by saying " it is not our problem if you cannot drive". We found the answer quite impolite and not customer service oriented. It also created a negative feeling for the entire period of our staying there.

  אז המילה המתאימה היא אכזבה ,ולא רק בגלל המצב הירוד של החדרים (ראש מקלחת שבור,מיכל הדחה לא תקין ,וילונות עם חורים ,קירות מתקלפים )אלה הצוות שלא יודע לתת שרות ולא נעים בלשון המעטה ..החדר הוזמן מראש ל3 (2 מבוגרים וילדה ),ברגע שהגענו שאלתי בקבלה אם סידרו גם מיטה לילדה ואמרו לי שזה עיניין של דקה ויטפלו בזה ,עלינו לחדר וראינו שלא סידרו בכלל מיטה לילדה ,ניסיתי להתקשר לקבלה והטלפון בחדר בכלל לא תקין (שכחתי לצייין),ירדנו לאכול וביקשתי בקבלה שיסדרו מיטה לילדה עד שנחזור מארוחת צהריים ..כמובן אחרי שחזרנו לא היה עשו כלום .. שוב ירדתי ושוב ביקשתי ,ולשאלתי למה אני צריכה להתחנן שיסדרו אחראית הקבלה ענתה לי בתשובה שלא ממש הבנתי ״אבל ניסינו להתקשר אליך ״..לא ברור למה וכמובן לא תהיה תשובה ,טלפון לא עובד .. מיותר לציין שגם כלי רחצה היו ערוכים לבן אדם אחד בלבד ושוב צריך לרוץ לקבלה ולבקש.. למחרת היום בזמן העזיבה ותשלום לשאלתי ״האם שקית קטנה של m&m עולה 21 שח ,תשובתה היית ״מסתבר ״.בזמן ששילמתי ניגשה תיירת שרצתה לקלף תפוח לילד ושאלה את פקידך הקבלה האם יש לה סכין ,תשובתה היית פשוט ״לא״..מינימום מאמץ,לבקש מהמטבח שיביאו או לפחות לשלוח אותה לקחת בעצמה. תחושה שכל בקשה או שאלה מטרידה אותם . אז אנחנו באמת לא נחזור ...
