  Over the past month my husband and I have been patients in 3 hospitals. In two of them the staff. The nurses were absolutely horrible. On their phones the entire time. Not responsive to requests. Actually horrible. We are now in asuta in Ashdod. We have been here for 6 hours. Every doctor and every nurse have been so good. No one on phones and completely different than our other experiences. Thank you emergency room doctors and nurses. Thank you.

  My name is Hadassah. I was in Asuta Hospital in Ashdod for cancer surgery. The medical staff in the Women’s ward was amazing!! 1. I do not speak Hebrew very well, but they always were patient with me and made sure that I had someone that spoke English to take care of me. 2. Most of the time the staff would introduce themselves, look me in the eye, fill me in on everything that was going to happen, talk TO me not OVER me. 3. Even though they have lots of responsibilities, they remained attentive and professional 4. Being a brand new hospital helped make it a good experience also because it is so clean and fresh. 5. For lunch I was given many choices and everything I eat was very tasty. For my own personal sake I hope I never have to go to the hospital again, but if I do Asuta would be my first choice

  I had the most amazing experience in the labor delivery ward and recuperation. Doctors Nurses and midwives were unbelievable. They were all very patient, professional, calm and always there for you. I highly recommend Assuta Hospital in Ashdod. Thank you Assuta Hospital

  Some of the nurses are kind and helpful. Some are just awful. They dont actually clean your rooms very often so hygiene is questionable. Food is disgusting..stale bread. Packaged stuff. No variety. Had a much better experience at Shaarei tzedek. They should really up their standards here.
