  We arrived with a 3 and a half year old girl for a first check and photo, we were a quarter of an hour late because we were confused at the time of the queue, it was said that we would have to wait a bit otherwise the next queue would only be scheduled for the beginning of next month. After an hour and a half wait the secretary tells us that it might be better for us to come back in the afternoon. We left the office angry and disappointed. A test that took exactly 5 minutes. There was no consideration for the little girl and the time we spent was not worth it at all in their eyes.

  With Dr. Oren Ivy, I made a new fixation for the bridge. Clalit's fixation lasted me 9 years and Oren's fixation broke after a month, when I came to repair it must be said that the treatment was wonderful and the fixation was re-glued, and broke again 3 weeks later. The second time I no longer came to fix and went to Clalit. (It should be noted that no appointment was made for Clalit in the first place due to the corona). In general, I was told that the fixation that Dr. Oren had made would be old, and that it was no longer used. It should be noted that I was very disappointed with the quality of the fixation, as well as covered only 4 teeth and not full coverage (I was not told in the first place), hoping I would get fair compensation from him, but I do not expect too much. not recommended.
