  Post service in Israel is bad in general, i get it. But this one us horrible. I would suggest avoid using israel post whenever is possible. Practically anything is a better option.

  Visits the branch often and always comes out nervous. Slow and annoying service

  Most of the time fast and pleasant service is just important to make an appointment!

  Little wait. The clerk at first could not find my package but then she figured out how to find it.

  Staff !!! Many of them are not helpful.
