::Very good service

::Possibly because of an embargo by OPEC (Organization of Protein-Exporting Cows), most stores in the area had run out of milk, but Rami Levy on Hatenufa Street in Talpiot had an ample supply. I was udderly delighted.
Rodion Zinovyev
::Cheapest supermarket in Israel. Quality is decent.

::If you go early in Sunday lines are not too bad, good selection, good prices

::1. They shortened mashluchim times closing them too early. 2. I budget grocery items using a Bank Hadoar card (it does not have a name printed on the card, and is a type of debit card) despite tendering my ID, they refused to accept tender of the POSTAL BANK CARD for the full intended purchase..... Not a happy experience. 3. I bought dry dogfood, which I paid 43₪ per bag. I returned 2 sealed bags, and another nearly 3kg because it was spoiled.. They only gave me a voucher for a discounted price which I guess now is 30₪ / bag. Not impressed with the cut throat style of their business. My message to Rami Levi: "If you dont think customers are important, try doing business without them for one day." As someone who specializes in marketing and sales, statistically very few customers take time to write a complaint. If one customer complains it means there are many more dissatisfied customers. Most will silently disappear to your competitor.
