::Upon arrrival, my room was not ready, and when it finally was, I discovered it had been switched to satisfy another guest. When I voiced my disdain, the clerk said that I could leave the hotel. As per the dining halI, it was filthy with broken glass on the floor. My partner and I also witnessed a bus boy returning uneaten food to the buffet. Disgusting! I want to continue with the condition of the room. The safe was broken, the floor of the room was wet, there was a huge crack in the wall in the livingroom and the bedroom walls were filthy. The porch had bad moisture damage and the room had a smell of mildew. Upon leaving the hotel there was major delay because a clerk was trying to double charge another client that had a receipt. In short this hotel is DD...disgusting and dishonest. Avoid at all costs! It is of no surprise that this hotel suffers from many low ratings.

::The suites are super basic but clean and good for a fam like ours looking for a place to stay on the beach in a place that will fit all our kids. We have 5 kids under age 11 and here we were able to get a suite with 2 bedrooms and pullout couch bed for a decent price. The playroom was a huge disappointment ( my kids said it was awful and everything was broken) Breakfast was very good and big variety of food. The beach view was beautiful ( but not all rooms face the beach)

::For 5 stars hotel, the maintenance is very poor. Toilet seat is broken, shower head is broken, stains on clean towels, stains on the ceiling from the air conditioner...The hotel sure ask a lot of money, for the little they offer. Too bad.

::The food is good, the view is amazing but not clean at all, also the rooms and the facilities are need to get a serious renovation.

::5 stars for service, 4 stars for room size, 2 stars for maintenance. Rooms are huge but bare, windows are begging to get cleaned. Breakfast is generous and varied. Swimming pool looks great but it's unusable, it's not heated. The view from the rooms above is magnificent and the porch is the biggest I've seen, them again without any sense of aesthetics. Beach is not accessible but this is a problem for must hotels in Netanya.
