  It is an honor to be the first to publicly thank Rachel for her commitment to making my yoga practice that more meaningful and fulfilling. Just this morning, we did an hour and a half practice that took us through a gradual but challenging series of poses that included breathing, mediating, twisting, stretching, strengthening, balancing and more. It's been said that true essential healing is so subtle you don't realize the shift. Rachel's yoga is so subtle that you don't realize she's taking you higher and deeper with each pose.
