  Shocking place !!! There is no telephone answering, and no appointments are available. When I wanted to make an appointment I waited on the line for half an hour and still did not get an answer. I had to physically go to them to make an appointment for another two and a half months (!!!!) Then when I wanted to cancel the queue, I called dozens of times and there was no answer, in most cases after waiting for over half an hour the call was simply disconnected !! Right now I still have not been able to cancel the queue to them just annoying !!!!!!! Do not go near this place Pity your money and HMO money, go to an institute where they do not put a stripe on their clients!

  It's been a second since I came here for various tests and again the wait is very long! Apparently this is the conduct here and not something accidental! Just a waste of time is not worth getting checked out on the spot.

  I was scheduled for Holter on Wednesday. On Tuesday they called and asked to be postponed to Thursday at 8:50 p.m. I arrived on time exactly (3 minutes before). And I waited half an hour! When I asked what's going on? The clerk answered me: The devices are being prepared. If a customer has half an hour to prepare the devices, why invite the people to an earlier hour?

  Poor service !!! Conductive and emotionless behavior of the clerks. Do not see the person standing in front of them. A long wait for a queue and deciphering - a very serious thing, when it comes to urgent tests.
